Is Britain Great?

These photographs represent aspects of leisure, landscape and lifestyle in the UK today; some illustrate current trends and preoccupations such as 'regeneration' and the consequences thereof, others arise from chance encounters and accidental discoveries.
Whilst Williams and Teasdale do not shy away from revealing the holes in the fabric of contemporary life, they are equally keen to celebrate the triumph of individual creativity and resourcefulness over the mundane, ordinary and corporate.
